How to play

Mokken is a game where you compete to defeat as many enemies as possible using punches and kicks. The controls are straightforward:

• Button B: Kick

Counter attack

A well-timed counter attack can give you a significant advantage. By executing the same attack as your opponent first, you can deal considerable damage and even nullify their attacks. When your opponent is about to kick, their feet will turn red, indicating the perfect opportunity to deliver a counter kick.

Special moves

If you press buttons A and B simultaneously, you unleash a powerful special move. However, be cautious as your opponents also have special moves. You can avoid them by crouching or carefully timing your actions.

Create a fighter

Creating your own fighter allows you to strengthen your abilities. Gather materials and coins to craft a new fighter. Materials can be collected on the title screen, while coins can be earned through fights. Each new fighter you create will unlock the next upgrade.

Tips and tricks

The enemy follows a pattern of pausing before attacking. By anticipating this pattern and countering accordingly, you can minimize the damage received. Getting up close and executing precise counter attacks will ensure victory with little to no damage inflicted.

Match mode "Sekken"

Sekken is a simplified fighting mode where a stick figure engages in intense combat using a physics engine. Access this mode by selecting the button on the left side of the title screen.

How to play

The controls for Sekken are as follows:

• Button A: Punch + Forward
• Button B: Kick + Back

Available modes

In the matchup mode, you can choose from the following options:

• Play alone: Compete against the computer. The winner is determined by leading in the second round.
• Play together: Enjoy playing with friends and family on a single screen.
• Play with someone: Engage in online battles against other players. It's a serious face-to-face match without any bots. Note that online battles require at least one other person to join.
• Change your name: Customize your play name displayed during online battles to showcase your presence. Additionally, the number of wins will be displayed for each player, allowing you to establish yourself as a seasoned player. Consider using the same name for ranking purposes.
